im 13 and going in 8th grade. im in a few of after school sports so when practice gets out i always have to borrow someone else's phone. my mom says that im too young to get a phone but almost everybody in my grade has a cell phone.this is no exaggeration.i also get b's and a's in school. i keep asking my mom what i should do if im out somewhere where i cant borrow anybodies cell phone. she says well don't go there. i think im old enough to get a cell but do you?
should i be able to get a cell phone?
