A friend of mine was recently arrested, on the morning of her 18th birthday for previous charges that we believed she was done with but I guess they had a warrant for her arrest. Anyways, bail from all the charges adds up to $3,500 dollars.. I don't know what I should do.. I'd probably have to go through a bail bondsman cuz I don't have enough money to pay the cash bond. That would put me out $350-$500 though. I need advice about what I should do, if anything... I don't know if I should even bail her out cuz there is a chance that she may have to go back to jail.. How long do you think she will get if her charges include: Burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed, larc-theft 300 or more but less than 5000, Trespassing - Property, Marijuana possession not more than 20 grams and narcotic equipment possession. Is it even worth the effort to bail her out?.. Let me know what you think/ what you would do..
