Sometimes we encounter situations where parents appear to have inappropriately raised their children.
The consequences of poor parenting are most often borne by the community/ society at large through providing solutions for child abandonment, minimal education, low moral standards, criminality et al.
Should parents earn a right to produce children somehow ?
