should gc fed gov corporate be using 747 passenger planes to move heavy military vehicles out of war zones?

the 747 is a passenger plane and its converted cargo attachment points are not as strong as the military cargo type planes also its engines are not as strong as the military cargo planes should dc fed gov be using such airplanes ?
