Should federally built houses have built-in computers?

It seems that as the economy modernizes, more and more jobs are found online, and most transactions take place with the assistance of computers. It seems to me that if the government is going to build houses for the poor, it would be fiscally irresponsible for them not to include computers in these houses-access to computers greatly increase a person's ability and oppurtunity to obtain jobs, and by proxy, increase the sustainability of the economy (in the long-term).

The only problem that I see is the possibility of these machines being stolen-however, I think they could be built into the houses in such a way to prevent theft.
