Should drug war victims in US jails be given P.O.W. status?

Victims of prohibition enforcement. IE non violent offenders. POW's get better treatment by our military, and they're not even Americans. The government did declare a "war" on US citizens. They do drive around in tanks, throw grenades, and raid homes of non violent drug offenders with machine guns. So, since our government has openly declared war on their own citizens, should imprisoned victims receive POW status? It's a valid question.


And whatever happened to posse comitatus?
