Should Dale Junior be given the 2011 Sprint Cup Championship on a fan vote?

The say NASCAR is in the crapper because Jr is not winning championships, I have a great idea. Just use the same system as they use for the Hamburger Helper award.

Will solve all of NASCAR's problems...why not?
