...stop Gov shutdown? Tea Party/Republicans are holding out on funding Gov. to eliminate Title 10 funds from operation.. Title 10 funds provide for Cervical Cancer exams, birth control, Diabeties, Mamograms, & other womens health issues. Should Dems just compromise on Title 10 funds after compromising on $78 Billion dollars (with GOP making no compromises) and just let women die?
The women must be 'means tested' to recieve Title 10 funds. So it would only be the poor women that would die.

It is not about Title 10 like you seem to believe it is about stopping Government funding of abortion and nothing more.
When the Government is broke no funds should go to private agencies that proved this or to NPR, PBS or anything that costs the people money that we do not have.
