I hear that pretty soon cell phones will become illegal for felons who used them in committing their convicted crime. Since cell phones are used to conduct illegal activities such as drug sales, robberies, prostitution, and other criminal activities, what do you think.
Some feel this is a violation of their rights, but remember, by law, felons cannot bear arms, run for political office, in some states cannot inherit from a will, vote, live in certain neighborhoods, get certain jobs, etc.
