I keep reading that 45 - 60 minutes of cardio a day is all a person needs to do. Beyond 45-60min there are no results and you end up burning some muscle if you over-excercise. Can someone confirm?
My routine is 3 - 4 times a week (depending on time) resistance exercises
5-6 days a week cardio. This ranges on stationary biking to walking / running. I'm wondering if I am wasting time though by doing 40 minutes of each.
M - resistance / cardio
T - cardio
W - resistance / cardio
TH- cardio
F - resistance / cardio
SAT - cardio
SU- resistance / cardio
