I think Canada should do what they find is best for the people. In the case of the United States, if you look at the Southwest of this country, you are looking at an area that has the potential to become the next Sahara Desert... and very, very barren. OUR Immigration policy is based on the foolish idea that more people means economic prosperity. THAT foolishness is easily examined in any of the over populated countries, and refuted. China is going very, very far to fix their problems and I wish them well.
