The individuals responsible for the actions that resulted in each of the incidents maybe but generally the execs don't have much to do with the direct implementation of things on site. So unless you can prove that whatever happened was directly ordered by one or all of the execs there is no way they are going to jail and a trial to do so would be a huge waste of taxpayers money.

Unfortunately, a lrabroad
of people aren't really as upstanding as rabroad
hers in our society and will scrub these things from reports so that higher ups don't see it. Also, I'm sure that safety violations would be handled at a lower level than most execs through investigation spurred by legal department or something.
Of course I don't have any proof of this, I just know it happens.
