Ok so my boyfriend is calling me a drama queen so i want some objective opinions pls! We've been together 2 years, and live together. The whole time we've been together, I think I've only had a cold/flu once, very quickly; I generally don't get sick.
A few days ago he was sick with a cold/flu and so I ran him a bath with special essential oils and made him a nice dinner. Now, I'm even sicker than he was - probably with the virus HE gave me and he's out with his friend!
We live in a remote area where the nearest shopping district is about 45 minutes away. His family lives out of province, so he said he needed to go x-mas shopping tonight and tomorrow and mail them tomorrow in order for them to get there in time xmas, and he'd probably stay with another relative in that town for the evening. But this morning he said he wasn't going to go tonight, after all.
Then, when he came home from work and I had left work early because of my flu, he said he was going tonight after all. Which is fine. But I just called him and he is now out with his friends.
AM I WRONG for thinking he should have come home after shopping, to maybe run ME a bath? Or rub my back or something? My entire body aches and I'm home alone while he's out with his friends.
He said, 'What was I supposed to do, drive all the way back?" But like, it's only a 45 minute drive!!! And we always have to do this drive to go ANYWHERE so it's not abmormal for us to travel back and forth to this town centre.
Any opinions would be appreciated, even if it's not in my favour!!!
