Should anything be done about the devastating impact domestic "outside

cats" are having on local wildlife? Many people allow their "outside cats" to roam their neighborhood throughout the day. The introduction of this non-native predator is decimating the bird populations in many areas. What do you think about this? Should "outside cat" owners be more responsible and have more respect for the community and its local wildlife? Or should the people complaining because they want to preserve and enjoy local wildlife just mind their own business?
