insecurity? having pictures of hot semi nude girls on a calender
talking about other females in the office like how hot they are
convening a business meeting at a hooters restaurant.

women say that the above things contribute to a sexually hostile environment in the workplace and the men doing these are guilty of sexual harassment. laws too reflect the same.

im not defender of these things, they are UNPROFESSIONAL anways. but my point is that there is a high possibility that a woman who claims to be a victim of such sexual harassment, may actually be feeling insecure rather than sexually harassed.

if i put myself in the shoes of a secreteary and i have a female boss who convenes a business meeting at a strip clubs where males strip i will definetly get uncomfortable. i empathiize with women here. BUT my discomfort is actually due to the insecurity that hot young muscular males are stripping naked and all the women are checking them out. i would feel insecure because of that NOT BECAUSE i am feeling threatened sexually....there is a difference.

same goes for having images of hot young women in workplace and men talking about female colleagues that have UPSET a woman or two resulting in SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES
