My fiance has been on gianvi for 4 months now but she only has 4 days of sugar pills between periods. The pharmacist told me that she's fully proitected even after her first pill after her period. It seems to me that not taking the pill for 4 days during your period would render it ineffective for a few days. Is she fully protected when she starts a new pack?
