I am a 16 year old guy. I am about 5'9, 150lbs. I currently work out every day, but never work the same muscle group on two consecutive days. My first day is chest and shoulders, second day is biceps,triceps, and forearms. The third day is back, legs, and abs. I heard that it could be unhealthy for a teenager to lift weights too often. Is this an ok workout scedule for me? I really want to work out every day but if it could end up hurting me then I won't. Thanks!
