hehehe! Sorry Marlon no pictures of the process because I got too carried away. Took me 45 minutes to do both cans. No time for pictures. lol!

Thanks!

1. Are your cans carbon or aluminum?
Carbons are a lot easier to cut but the same can be done with aluminum with more care especially if you use these tool with the right blades.

2. Are you any good with power tools?
Remember you don't want to be like this

You basically have the concept in mind since you've done one before. This time you just have to take your time and prepare your measurements and cutting surface by prepping with tape (carpenters tape).

There are a lot of info's in google.

GOod luck!

lol. mine is carbon on my zx10 and on my 1098.

the big issue i had w/ my akra is there is the tube inside the can, when u cut it even, it cuts even. to get the cap back on, u have to cut it lower, it was a PITA.

i plan on getting rid of the Leo's for full "new" termi's eventually. so i guess if i screw up a bit it wont hurt.

You don't want to screw up. The tube inside has a flare to it. So, when you take your akra apart look at the end of that tube to see if they flare and if they do, after you cut the tube just use a air of pliers to flare them back.
