Short comic about Japanese internment camps in America during WWII? (Civil Crisis)?

I can't find in which number of Civil Crisis (I guess it was Civil Crisis... I honestly can't remember anything), at the end, there was a short comic illustrating the life inside the Japanese internment camps in America during WWII, based on a poem. Very tastefully done.

Could someone help me out? Thanks in advance.
