Doctors told me i fractured my scaffoid bone (sp.?) and my growth plate. (i am 14) They were not sure about the growth plate and they casted my arm anyway because they said fractures show up as they heal. So right now i have a short arm cast that goes up my thumb. It is apporoaching summer and my arm is really hot! how can i make it cooler? Lucky me im going on vacation next weekend to a waterpark and amusment park, My cast is not waterproof. Well any help is appreciated. Thanks!
