Shopping for Petite clothing, for a young woman, who is also thin?

I know I've asked before, but can't find my q. I'm in the early 20's, just over 5 foot, and weigh 93 lbs fully dressed! I have the WORST time finding clothes for going out, clothes for work, and just clothes in general. Jeans are hard to find, dress pants can be tailored, but I'm also small busted, and have no butt! So finding something that will fit my figure and enhance what I DO have is outrageous. I'd LOVE advice from those who know where to go. I heard Kohl's is good. Where else? I tried on an XS at Wet Seal last night and it hung off me. Ugh!
