Shirts Tucked In Short Denim Shorts?

Would it be weird to wear a tee shirt or tank or anything like that tucked into very short denim shorts? Shorts like this: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/tractor-cuff-denim-shorts-little-girls/3144343?origin=keywordsearch&resultback=71. Maybe with a belt too, I've always thought about pulling this look off, but I'm scared that it might look weird! Please help!
 
well that look could go two ways:
you could either end up looking like a slutty nerd, or you could end up with something really hot. you should probably try it at home (not in public) first and/or ask your friends for their opninion
but if you do, do not use a graphic tee, plaid, anything collared, or anything with a print (maybe just stripes or polka dots or something, but no florals and stuff) because then it'll prob look really weird...
if you want to wear it with a belt, go with something simple like plain black or something unless you want a wilder look.

Totally. I do it all the time. :)

I'm actually allergic to the metal on my belt, which is why I began tucking shirts in. Now all the girls at my school seem to do it. It looks clean. I like it.
