im going to buy a car thats located in florida. The guy is getting shipped to iraq and selling the car. he said he can ship it anywhere in the united states for free. How would i go about this? I dont want to hand any money over before reciving the car.. or would i have to? Is there a cash on delivery type option for shipping a car?
