Shiny, flaky penis. What happened?

Well, to start off, I have NEVER had sex BUT my penis is somewhat grayish in color around the Y shaped piece under the head. Also it seems a bit tougher, like leather. A medium sized section of the shaft is also grayish and there is a ring of small bumps around the rim of the head. I have never had sex but I do masturbate. What could be the problem? And if I need to go to the doctor how will I tell my mom? She doesn't know I masturbate. Also the skin is somewhat flaking. Thanks for your help
