Every single time I take my one-year-old Shih-Tzu outside to go to the bathroom, she takes forever! I take her on a leash, and she circles around at least a dozen times before going (urinating). She gets easily distracted by people and cars and then goes back to sniffing for the right spot. Sometimes this takes 20- 30 minutes. I wait for her to go to the door before I take her out, just to make sure she actually has to go. Is this normal or does every Shih-Tzu do this?
