Shifting w/out Clutch

I've tried clutchless shifting up the gears the other day on my 1198s, it seemed natural and smooth. As long as its done right, I don't think you can damage the gearbox

Ive done this before, but IMO, it's there for a reason. I've owned dirt bikes without clutch lever's. If there's a clutch there, I'll use it.

Pretty sure he was talking about pulling the clutch lever in, knocking down a gear, bliping the throttle to match the lower gear's RPM and then letting the clutch lever out. When I first tried it, it seemed odd and cumbersome but by the end of the ride I was matching gears and RPM with ease.
