She's talking out of her head!?

Okay, Long Story.

My Grandmother has surgery on Tuesday, so the doctor has taken her off of some of her blood thinner medications, a-coo-ma-den, and plavix. I'm not too sure on the spelling of the medicines. Anyways the a-coo-ma-den is your everyday blood thinner, the plavix is also a blood thinner but it also helps prevent strokes which she has a history of.

The past two hours have been very difficult, she has been talking out of her head, she attempted to eat lighters and cigarettes. She has said her deceased fathers name a couple of times. It was time for her to go to bed she started up the stairs and lost all motor skills and had to crawl. She slept for about 30 min. and now she is fine, her depth perception is off a little but nothing close to how it was.

Are these signs of a stroke, and if not what else could it be.
