Sheffield Financial Motorcycle Loan. Can someone take over the payments/financing?

I currently have a motorcycle loan with sheffield financial. Can someone take over the payments/financing? I am selling the bike, and someone wants to take over the $120 a month I pay.... Is this possible to transfer it into their name?? Or do they have to go through a bank or different lender?
 
The cleanest way to do this is for them to get their own financing - with this company or any other one they choose. Personally I like credit unions as they cost less. You definitely do not want to sell your bike this way. If you remain on the loan, and they stop paying, Sheffield can come after you.
