Sheet to Go -version10- frozen!

Hi,

I recently downloaded a free trial of Docs to Go version 10 on my TX.

I tried to open an excel attachment n versamail on my TX which I sent to myself from my pc, but the document froze before completely opening. Now I cannot open any of my excel docs.

Word to go docs etc open ok, but not sheet to go.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
 
I don't know how you 'sent' the document from your PC to your TX but I do know that I used to have similar problems using D2G v6.xx. I finally quit using HotSync to transfer D2G docs from TX to PC and vice versa and have never had problems since. I use the bluetooth 'Send' function from within D2G to send files to the PC and use the PC's standard bluetooth send function to send to the TX.

This is a bit more cumbersome but I have never had an issue since I started doing it this way. I had issues using Hotsync often enough that I can no longer trust it.
