SHEER COVER!?!? What skin type is it best for?

I have really dry skin on the sides of my nose and my eyebrows. i also have freckles (the "real" kind not little speckles kind)
1. does it cover well. does it cover freckles like mine
2. how long does it last.
3. i have dry skin so is that okay or will it hurt my skin or cause problems?
