My friend has a 2006 kia rio, I think she said she owes 11,000 (she got screwed when she bought it anywho) she doesn't want to have a car payment anymore so she wants to trade it in for a car that's worth less than 11,000. Is this even possible? How would this work? would it just be swaping one car for the other? any help is appreciated thanks!
