garbage disposal drain.? how do i rectify this situation?

Details Y shaped piping system under kitchen sink, the garbage disposal drains fine so the clogg must be above the Y junction where the tail end goes into the wall,
only has 4 dissembling joints:
1 at the base of the clogged drain
1 at the side mounted base of the garbage disposal
1 just below after the pipe does a downward 90degree from garbage disposal.
1 just before the tail up bend then heads to the wall.
