She never initiates a conversation, but happily chats with me. So is she interested?

We've been chatting for some month now, and she almost never initiates a conversation. But when I say Hi, she always reply immediately and we'd happily chat away. The only time she first wrote to me was this "I have this salsa invite on my facebook page, and was wondering if you would wanna come knowing that you dance."

She'd also always say "Talk soon" and lately "Talk soon xoxoxo". So is she interested? We're going salsa dancing next week, should I ring up the day before to see if she wants to go for dinner as well as salsa?
 
Sometimes as girls, we feel the same way you are feeling. We tend to think that if the guy doesn't start the conversation, we are just bothering them and they don't care. Just because she doesn't start the conversation doesn't mean she doesn't care, and she knows you are interested because you talk to her, and she asked you out, so she is definitely interested. Take a chance, ask her out again!
