she is acting weird....please help anyone?

she said she wants to be friends, and i am okay with that, but i catch her looking at me in my class sometimes and in the hallway.. and then next class i talk to her best friend that sits next to her, but not to make her jealous or anything like that you and she sits in front of me, and then sometimes she will turn around and talk to the guy i sit next to and act like im not even there and then when i talk to her in class she will barely make eye contact and will face away from me and answer only like no, yes, and yeah. like that. i was thinking of confronting her about it, but i am not sure if i should or how. and her birthday is in 2 days so i don't know if i should get her something. if i should, what should i get her, so whats her deal??
 
don't forget her dannyboy she's flirting to try to get ur attention
ask her why she's doing that.
if you want to get her something get her a necklace or a pair of earrings
