my boyfriend breaks out very bad after he shaves. not always white heads or black heads. but ingrown hairs sometimes and just really bad bumps. hes african american (if that detail is necessary) and he is basically willing to try anything. how do you shave? what do u use? he uses an electric razor. what shaving cream is best? any tips or tricks would be great. thanks
