shaved head hair growing back weird?

hey my hair always seemed thick never thought i was going bald i shaved my head and now it looks liek im balding after 3 weeks in the top bakc part of my head the hair is thinner back there then the rest there isnt a bald sport but u can see my scalp because it alot thinner and around it it is thick is that normal or am i balding
