Sharps pains in the middle of my abdomen at 17 weeks?

im currently 17 weeks and today my stomach has been doing alot. earlier my lower abodomen felt a little "heavy" and bloated and now the middle of my abdomen has been getting these sharp pains...
What could this be?
did anyone else experience this?
