Sharper Image HD920 Touch camcorder. Can't Zoom when used as webcam?

I have a Sharper Image HD920 Touch camcorder. I can't Zoom when it is connected to my PC via the USB cable and used as webcam? Any way around this? Where can I get support for this thing?
