I woke up from an hour nap tonight and found my right wrist in terrible pain! It has a very sharp but concentrated pain when I move it up or down. I've been massaging it with lotion and the pain is lessening a bit.
Do you think I just slept on it wrong/in a weird position? I haven't done any lifting today. Should I just take an advil and let it be or ice it?
