Does anyone else have upper back pain (especially around the shoulder blades) from reflux? It feels sore and then like a sharp stabbing pain at times.
I have had reflux problems for years but this is the first time it is causing back pain. I would have sworn it was muscular except I just took some gaviscon and it lessened the pain. I made an appointment with my doctor but it is upsetting to have a new symtpom. I am on 20mg Nexium already.
Anyone else have such bad back pain associated with reflux? I guess my fear is my problem is getting worse since I have a new symptom.
