Sharp Twinges in lower left area...pregnancy?

Yes I know I am going to the dr. in the morning. But I just started having twinges in the lower left area. I had a tubal reversal in jan and an ectopic in May and lost right side. I didn't have these twinges when I had the ectopic, but now that I only have one tube left I am concerned. My period is due Sept 12 so not late. Testing shows negative for pregnancy, but could be early. Has anyone had twinges like this and found out they were pregnant...or ectopic pregnancy??

Never had any "twinges" when I was first pregnant, there is no reason you should have any pain at this stage in early pregancy. If your period is due in less than 4 days the egg is either long gone or implanted & dividing. No reason for pains.
