Sharp tight left sided chest pain that comes and goes- Had full cardiac work up?

I am a 29 year old male, 6'4 181 pounds. About 5 months ago i started getting bad chest pain. I was admitted to the hospital and had a treadmill stress and an echo done along with ekg, blood tests, and chest x ray. All were normal. A few weeks later, i again had bad pains in my left side of chest. I was admitted again and they did a cardiac cath which came back normal.

I also had an upper gi scope done around the same time which showed "mild" barretts esophugus and was put on dexilant.

A week ago, i was having tight, squeezing pain again that came and went on my left side by the breastbone, went to er, had an ekg, blood work, and chest x ray and the er doc said due to my age and having so many tests done, there was no way it could be my heart causing it and discharged me.

Yesterday i returned to er once again and again all my tests were normal and i was released briskly. The dr basically said the same thing as above, that there is no reason to beleive its cardiac because i've had all the major tests done over the last 5 months. The dr's and nursing staff at the er seem to be tiring of me continuing presenting with the same symptoms only each time for the ekgs and basic work to be ok.

Today, again I am having very bad left sided chest pain that is both throbbing and squeezing. It is not tender in that area, but the pain comes every 10 mins or so and than quickly disappears. It literally takes my breath away, but lasts for under 10 seconds each time. I have tried tylenol and its not working.

Any idea what could be causing these pains?
I do take 25 mg of lopressor a day for tachacardia. That was the only thing found during any of my tests over the last 5 months.
