Last 2 days or so I've been having periods of sharp pains in stomach like middle of my stomach and I'm about 28 weeks it lasts a couple seconds like 7-10 seconds hurts bad and when I feel my stomach to see if its hard it isn't. So idk if its contractions or not. Also I have a 3 bowel movements today that's more than usual for me so idk if it has something to do with that any advice or wat this may be? Thanks!
