Sharp stomach pain---please read-- HELP?

i am 31 years old. I am having severe stomach pain. It started 3 days ago. I can barely walk. I went to the doctors, they are testing me for h pylori, and have done a ultra sound of my upper g.i,, which came back all normal. All the blood work has come back normal as well. I am pooping just fine, and its not gas. The pain is souly in my stomach. They put me on zantac 150mg twice a day and nexium 40mg once a day (i have been on nexium for years because i have gerd). I am not having any heartburn up into my espophogus or any other symptoms other that this sharp stabbing pain in my stomach. Please help diagnos, treat or give some insight --- im really scared!!!!!!!!!!!!! im also really tired, and natious but have not puked, nor had any blood in stool, etc. I am barely eating because i am so scared,
