So in dance we were doing dives which is where u do the worm, but you start in a standing position. So I think one time I didn't bend my arm, and it hit my elbow hard in a weird place that may have been a nerve. My whole arm was numb for about 10 minutes, and now my shoulders just feel tense and hurt when lifted. Is this just from constant press from doing the dives?
