I've been sick with a cold for the past 2 days, and then last night I had awful stomach cramps. I woke up this morning with my ribcage hurting like crazy whenever i breath or move. I have like neck cramps but the worst pain is in my rib cage. I'm a 14 year old girl and i don't know why i have these pains or what could have caused them
