I have had pain in this area for a long time.. But usually only after a hard night working. I am now a stay at home mom. For Halloween, I carried my 4 month old in a baby backpack. Ever since that night, it has hurt terribly. Sharp shooting pains, muscles spasms, Hard to lay down, Hard to bend over.
I have looked for symptoms online to see what it could be but every back problem seems to come with numbness or tingling. Which I dont have any of those symptoms. I cant afford to go to the doctor for a few weeks. So I was hoping someone could have an idea about what is wrong and what I can do to be alittle more comfortable till I can get to the doctor? It is very painful and it only hurts on the right side, anytime I move that side of my body or use my arm. And it spasms alot. I am thinking its a pinched nerve.. But I have no numbness or tingling. The pain does radiate down my spine though. Any ideas?
