I am 23, 5'4" and weigh 12 st 6lbs I put on some weight because I've been depressed and suffer from anxiety and spend most of my time in my house. I don't eat very much but have a terrible weakness for chocolate, I find it hard to get into the motivation when attempting exercise! I take odourless garlic & omega 3 fish oil supplements just to boost.
Yesterday about 10minutes after eating I got this zaping sensation that traps me on my left side of my back when I breath in deep, I'm not breathless of anything, but just catches me when I do it, I got it today as well only now and again I have got it. I keep thinking it's a pulmonary embolism I am terrified of it to the point of panic!
I want to lose weight so badly and fear everything about my health, I would like to lose a stone for christmas, is it what I am fearing or is it just something else???
