ive never got this before but its kinda like a sharp pain right at the back of my head on th right side?

im gunna try get an MRI tomorrow as ive been getting migraines (rare) but still, on the right side of my head, cause the right eye of mine has gone weird :/ so im gunna go get it all checked, but this pain come out of no where?
im anxiety disordered, mood disordered, i suffer panic attacks, stress and chronic insomnia
any ideas?
