Someone I know has a sharp intestinal pain on the right side. It is sort of across from the belly button, just a hair lower. It comes in contractions in about 15 seconds. It's been like this for about a little more than an hour. It hasn't gotten worse or better. Is it just a passing gas or intestine pain, or something more serious?
